Job Description
Tenn MFB is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our customers with inquiries and issues related to our diverse range of products and services. This full-time position is based in Lagos and offers a competitive salary between NGN 75,00 and 150,00, along with commission opportunities.
Key responsibilities include making daily outbound calls, maintaining accurate customer data, fostering loan product growth, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience and an HND in any discipline.
