We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, high-quality output, and timely product delivery.

Key responsibilities will include managing the production schedule, optimizing manufacturing procedures, and leading a team of production staff. The Production Manager will also be responsible for implementing safety standards and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, prior experience in production management, and strong leadership abilities. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is advantageous.
