Job Description
AirNow Trips Limited, a travel agency committed to making travel simpler and more affordable, is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Customer Service Representative in Lagos. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming phone calls and generate sales leads.
- Assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and build trust through effective communication.
- Manage customer complaints and provide prompt solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process accounts efficiently.
Qualifications: High school diploma, proven customer support experience, strong phone skills, and excellent communication abilities are required.
Salary: N90,00 – N120,00 Monthly.
