Job Description
IO Furniture is actively seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage project costs and oversee financial aspects of our interior design and construction initiatives. This position demands both technical proficiency and analytical capabilities, coupled with a proactive stance on risk and cost management.
Location: Lagos
Compensation: ₦400,00 – ₦500,00 per month
Reporting Line: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare precise Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Assess tender documents and pricing proposals.
- Track project expenditures and report discrepancies.
- Assist in procurement and negotiate terms with suppliers.
- Compile valuations and progress claims.
Qualifications:
- BSc/HND in Quantity Surveying.
- 3–5 years of experience in interior design or construction.
