Rocksteady Productions is seeking a skilled In-House Producer to lead our creative projects from initial concept to final production. In this role, you will manage production timelines, supervise video projects throughout their entire lifecycle, and collaborate closely with writers and directors to ensure a seamless creative process.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in video production, exceptional organizational abilities, and strong communication skills. A deep passion for storytelling, along with a good understanding of Nigerian pop culture, is essential. Candidates must be based in Lagos and available for necessary commutes.
