Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Hero to join our team at Yiponline. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary contact for our customers, guiding them from onboarding through support and retention. You will work closely with our product and sales teams to identify and solve customer challenges, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries
- Work collaboratively to resolve customer issues
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
- Identify and escalate challenges to relevant teams
- Champion the needs of customers within the organization
- Manage support tickets and resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer care
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
