In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, providing outstanding customer service, managing travel requests, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive travel information, overseeing bookings, and addressing client concerns effectively. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client service or travel consultancy.
