Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and analyze feedback, ensuring the product meets user expectations.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges that may impact project success.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure products meet quality standards, conducting thorough testing and validation.
Requirements
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
