Job Description
House of Maryjane is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Store Manager to become a vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate team members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Manage inventory and maintain accurate records.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the store is clean and well-organized at all times.
- Monitor budgets and track financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Location: 321 Road F, Close Festac Town, Lagos. Accommodation is available.
Requirements: Candidates must possess an HND/BSc and have a minimum of 5 years of experience. Strong computer literacy and effective communication skills are essential.
