Job Description
Seal Energy is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to become a part of our team in Abuja. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 within the Hospitality & Hotel sector. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will deliver exceptional support through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly address customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
- Efficiently resolve product or service issues while providing effective solutions.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.
- Professionally manage returns and complaints.
- Assist sales or technical teams when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
