Job Description
Bespoke is looking for a committed Sales Agent to become a vital part of our team. Ideal candidates must reside in the Oniru, Lekki Phase 1, Marwa, Elf Bus-stop, or Ikate Elegushi areas. Applications from individuals outside these locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee restocking activities.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to streamline operations.
- Address and resolve order fulfillment challenges.
- Track and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in logistics or customer service is preferred.
