Salary: Negotiable based on experience
HRLeverage is in search of a highly qualified General Manager (Operations) to lead our client’s daily operations in the real estate sector. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and a strong background in operational management. Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction, enhancing productivity, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements include a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration or a related field, over five years of experience in senior operational roles, outstanding communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
