Job Description
As a Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing the organization’s human capital. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes, as well as managing employee relations, performance management, and professional development initiatives.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
