Job Description

OSO Consult – Our client, a leading indigenous branding and packaging firm, is recruiting to fill the position of Admin Officer.

Job Position: Admin Officer

Job Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, and packages).
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.

Experience and Education:

  • Minimum of OND.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Only candidates that reside within Mushin, Isolo, Shomolu, Surulere, Ilupeju, Oshodi, and environs will be considered.
