Job Description
Role Purpose: The Head of Sales will lead and manage the Sales Department, ensuring operations align with statutory regulations and company policies while driving effectiveness and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales team efforts to achieve targets.
- Develop sales strategies in collaboration with leadership.
- Provide guidance, set objectives, and assess team performance.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Address customer complaints and manage staffing issues.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦400,00.00 – ₦700,00.00 monthly
Location: Lagos – Reliable commute or relocation required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years preferred.
