Job Description
Castles Lifestyle Magazine is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position involves supporting the HR Manager while overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to separation. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience. Key responsibilities include the implementation of HR policies, managing recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, possess excellent communication skills, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
