Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Quality Control (QC) Associate to oversee the management and quality assessment of our listed products. This role involves developing and implementing processes to identify and resolve product issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information on Konga.com.
- Address inquiries related to product descriptions and packaging.
- Manage item listings provided by merchants and establish new categories.
- Verify high-end brands and ensure compliance with all product attributes to boost sales.
Qualifications: Completion of NYSC is required.

Salary: ₦120,00.00 – ₦140,00.00 monthly
