Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our HR department and assist in various HR-related tasks. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, recruiting and onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with performance management processes.
To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills. A strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism are also essential.
