Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Iceland Beach Resort. The successful candidate will possess at least 2 years of experience in customer service or front desk operations, demonstrating a strong commitment to hospitality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and assist guests and clients.
- Manage all incoming calls, emails, and communications efficiently.
- Ensure the front desk remains secure and organized.
- Carry out administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
