Job Description
Panthea Restaurant is currently in search of a committed Kitchen Assistant to enhance our culinary team. The primary responsibilities include ingredient preparation, ensuring a clean kitchen environment, and assisting with food preparation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients as directed.
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and utensils.
- Assist with food plating during peak hours.
- Receive and properly store deliveries.
Key Requirements:
- SSCE or vocational training in food handling is preferred.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices.
- Able to work efficiently and follow instructions accurately.
