Job Description
Katchey Company Limited is looking for a dynamic and organized Human Resource Executive to join our team in Lagos. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about people management and possess a strong foundation in human resources processes.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will manage employee databases, assist in talent acquisition, oversee the onboarding process, coordinate performance reviews, calculate compensation and benefits, and facilitate training initiatives.
Qualifications: Candidates should have a tertiary qualification in Social Sciences or related fields, along with 2-4 years of pertinent experience in HR.
