Job Description
JobCanvas Career Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Officer to become part of our dynamic team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment within our frozen foods manufacturing facility, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and efficiently repair faults.
- Assist in the installation and testing of new machinery.
- Maintain detailed and accurate maintenance records.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety protocols.
