Job Description
Join FairMoney as a Field Recovery Agent, playing a crucial role in the collection of loan repayments. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting field visits to connect with customers in default.
- Keeping a comprehensive daily activity log of all interactions.
- Verifying overdue account details and initiating follow-ups.
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements effectively.
- Monitoring payments to ensure timely resolutions.
