Job Description
Vylux Watches Nigeria is seeking motivated Digital Sales Representatives to handle customer inquiries and complaints. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, managing modifications, and escalating issues across various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
- Address inquiries on social media platforms, including Instagram and WhatsApp.
- Create engaging content for social media campaigns.
- Process customer orders while ensuring a positive experience.
- Provide information about the company to potential clients.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. with 1+ years of relevant experience; proficient in technology and social media.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Salary: N170,00 – N220,00 per month
