Job Description
CMB Building Maintenance and Investment is seeking a meticulous and experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, performing inspections, and generating progress reports. Candidates should possess a BSc. degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the construction industry.
Compensation for this position ranges from NGN 150,00 to 250,00, negotiable based on experience.
