Job Description
The Grub Lane Restaurant, situated in the vibrant Victoria Island, Lagos, is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Commis Chef to become a vital part of our energetic kitchen team. Please be informed that accommodation is NOT provided.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing components of high-quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
- Supporting other chefs in various tasks
- Assisting with deliveries and restocking supplies
- Helping with stock rotation
- Maintaining cleanliness of workstations
- Contributing to the adherence of kitchen and food safety standards
