Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Client Service Representative with 2 years of experience to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience and addressing their needs effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a client service or customer support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
