Job Description
Sigma Consulting Group is excited to announce an opening for a Customer Service & Delivery Executive at our Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria office. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in customer service or service delivery.
The selected individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating field sales operations, and efficiently addressing client inquiries. Candidates must demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
