Job Description

Larch Consulting Services is actively looking for a proactive, organized, and seasoned Property Manager to oversee property operations immediately. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership abilities, a deep understanding of property management systems, and the capacity to manage daily operations while fostering positive relationships with tenants.

This role involves managing either residential or commercial properties, addressing tenant concerns, supervising maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, knowledge of lease administration, proficiency in property management software, and excellent interpersonal skills.
