Job Description
SHIMAX HOMES LTD, a premier real estate development company based in Abuja, Nigeria, is on the lookout for a dedicated and results-oriented Sales Representative. This full-time, on-site position requires you to develop effective sales strategies, generate new leads, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include managing client accounts, conducting property site visits, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in the real estate industry is highly beneficial. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
