Job Description
Integrated Dairies Limited, a prominent dairy manufacturer in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive. Since our establishment in 2003, we have been committed to delivering high-quality dairy products, including fresh milk and yogurt. This full-time position is located in Isolo, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries.
- Accurately process orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Effectively manage customer complaints.
- Provide information on products and promotions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- HND/BSc in Marketing or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Salary: N150,00 – N250,00/month
