Job Description
As a participant in the Future Talent Program, you will engage in a 12-month immersive development experience at Sidel. This program offers the opportunity to acquire practical insights through job rotations in various sectors of our global operations.
Your Mission
Upon completing your rotation, you will integrate into the Service Sales team in Lagos, Nigeria, with a strong emphasis on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating customer outreach and promotions
- Negotiating the Sidel Services portfolio
- Introducing innovative and profitable service products
- Documenting product performance and resolving issues
- Analyzing market trends and providing sales forecasts
Your Profile
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or MBA
- Less than 2 years of professional experience
