Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Soft Services Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and delivery of all soft services within our facility.
Your core responsibilities will include managing cleaning, security, and landscaping services to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Additionally, you will train staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage departmental budgets.
The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional leadership skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. Previous experience in facilities management is strongly preferred.
