As a Contract Lead II, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract negotiation and administration. Your primary role will be to ensure adherence to legal and contractual obligations, while also providing guidance and support to other team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the contract negotiation process, including reviewing, drafting, and editing contract documents.
• Provide guidance and support to team members involved in contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract files and records.
