Job Description
GraceMade Consults, a coaching and counseling company, is currently hiring a Personal Assistant.
Job Location: Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages, manage social media page when necessary
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Take accurate notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters.
