Job Summary
A reputable firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with its Head Office in Lagos is seeking to employ suitable Estate Surveyors in its Lagos Office.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Letting and sale of landed properties
- Valuation of properties and assets.
- Property Management
- Facilities Management
Requirements:
- B.Sc degree or HND in Estate Management. Associate Membership of NIESV is considered an advantage.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience with a professional firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.
- The candidates must have a fair knowledge of the Island real estate market (VI, Lekki, Ikoyi, and environs).
- Working knowledge of GPS and GIS
- Tech-savvy, including familiarity with CAD software
- Aptitude in math and problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Great organizational and leadership skills
