Job Description
Troloppe Property Services is currently seeking a dedicated Real Estate Research Analyst to join our team in Lagos. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors, analyzing critical data to support strategic decision-making.
Applicants must possess a degree and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical abilities and exceptional report writing skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with Power BI is a valuable advantage.
