Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Relationship Manager to spearhead our agricultural segment strategy within Personal and Business Banking. This pivotal role involves delivering specialized support to foster customer growth, enhance retention, and boost profitability in the Agribusiness sector.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Physical or Social Sciences is mandatory. An advanced degree or professional credentials such as ACCA/ACA will be an advantage. Candidates should possess 7-10 years of experience in SME/Enterprise and Commercial businesses, coupled with 1-2 years of proficiency in MS Office.
Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of the Agribusiness sector and a solid understanding of financial statements and lending principles are crucial for this role.
