Job Description
Betternship is looking for a talented Learning and Development Specialist to conduct impactful training sessions for corporate clients in Abuja. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in business, management, and leadership development, along with a commitment to promoting professional growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement customized training programs, lead workshops and seminars, assess training outcomes, and remain informed on the latest trends in learning and development.
Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of training experience, comprehensive knowledge of business-related topics, a proven track record in professional development, and exceptional communication skills are required.
Salary: Starting at ₦200,00 monthly.
