Job Description
Freightliner Logistics Services Limited is searching for a committed Social Media Manager to enhance our online brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Utilizing social media marketing tools to establish and maintain our brand identity.
- Collaborating with marketing professionals on targeted social media campaigns.
- Engaging with customers and stakeholders across our social media platforms.
- Analyzing digital marketing and social media strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Researching emerging social media trends and keeping management updated on relevant developments.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and assessing success based on these metrics.
- Submitting bi-weekly reports detailing social media performance.
