Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farm Manager to join our team. As a Farm Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of farm operations, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance. You will work closely with a team of skilled farm workers to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the farm.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute farm activities, such as planting, harvesting, and irrigation, to ensure optimal crop production.
- Manage livestock operations, including feeding, breeding, and disease control.
- Monitor and maintain farm equipment, ensuring proper functioning and timely repairs.
- Implement and enforce necessary safety protocols and procedures.
- Supervise farm workers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in farm management.
- Strong knowledge of crop cultivation, livestock care, and farm equipment maintenance.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work long hours.
