Job Description
KKON Technologies (KKONTech) is an ICT company formed to meet the technology demands of the industry. With years of experience in designing, installing, and maintaining data network engineering solutions, we drive network transformation for enterprises, service providers, and government agencies.
We are currently looking for a Planning Officer to join our team in Lagos on a full-time basis.
Job Purpose & Key Deliverables:
- Deliver detailed outside plant infrastructure plans and designs.
- Conduct internal and external surveys and generate detailed reports.
- Contribute to vendor selection, proof of concept designs, and network architecture reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecoms industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in fiber outside plant (OSP) planning and design.
- Knowledge or experience with GPON, FTTH, and transmission technologies.
- Familiarity with planning tools such as GIS/MapInfo and CAD.
- Proficient in building and maintaining fiber networks.
