Job Description
Join our esteemed team at Kennedia Consulting as a Customer Support Representative located in Lekki/Ajah, Lagos. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual who will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, as well as resolving complaints efficiently and documenting all interactions in our CRM system.
Ideal candidates will possess 1-2 years of customer service experience, outstanding communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
