Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR/Admin Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and ensure all necessary documents are completed.
- Maintain employee data and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and assist in training and development programs.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
- Assist in organizing company events and activities.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
