Job Description
Chariot is excited to announce an opening for a skilled Real Estate Officer to join our dynamic team in Lagos. This full-time position will report to the Real Estate Manager and the Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing property sales, rentals, and management operations. Key responsibilities include marketing properties, coordinating viewings, managing client relationships, and preparing essential documentation.
The successful applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 2 years experience in real estate or property management. Strong communication and negotiation skills are vital for this role.
Preferred qualifications include membership in a professional body such as NIESV or IRWA, and familiarity with the Lagos real estate market is highly valued.
