Job Description
Join FairMoney as a Field Recovery Agent and play a vital role in the efficient collection of loan repayments. In this position, you will conduct field visits to interact with customers who have defaulted on their loans. Your responsibilities include maintaining a comprehensive activity log and negotiating feasible payment plans while addressing customer objections. You will collaborate with various departments to resolve issues effectively and ensure smooth operations.
Successful candidates will possess a University Degree, at least one year of experience in consumer loans, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
