Job Description
CareerOM is looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. We seek an enthusiastic and strategic leader with a strong ability to analyze market trends and formulate innovative marketing strategies that ensure our competitive edge. This role will focus on customer acquisition, monitoring the performance of our nationwide sales team, and providing ongoing training for the Marketing Team.
Candidates should hold an HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, alongside a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing. The ideal applicant is customer-focused and has demonstrated success in revenue generation and expense management.
