Job Description
Familyfun Concept LTD is actively seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in Lagos. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00 in the Entertainment, Events, and Sports sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a delightful gaming experience for our patrons. Applicants should hold at least an Ordinary National Diploma (OND), demonstrate a strong work ethic, and possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
