Job Description
A prominent financial institution is looking to hire a Collection Agent to enhance its market presence. This position is based in Abeokuta.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND (Upper Credit) or a BSc with Second Class Lower or Upper division in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a collection officer or contact center agent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- Resilient, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Aged 28 years and below.
