Job Description
We are currently looking for a committed and experienced Terminal Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. The selected candidate will manage daily operations at the terminal, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and adherence to regulations.
Key responsibilities encompass staff management, coordination of cargo movements, and ongoing communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The Terminal Supervisor will also implement best practices to boost productivity and reduce downtime.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and have a background in logistics or transportation. A degree in a related field is preferred; however, it is not a strict requirement.
